Rachel Baroud

Physiotherapy Technologist

Montréal

An avid sportswoman since childhood, Rachel has evolved into competitive environments such as gymnastics and cheerleading. Her passion for sports and for the development of athletes led her to become a gymnastics coach at 14 years old. On the strength of this experience, she then turned to training in physical rehabilitation. Graduated from Collège Montmorency in 2021 as a physiotherapy technologist, Rachel continued to specialize in athlete support as a sports first responder. In addition to her work as a therapist in clinic, she spends part of her time on the field as a therapist with football, basketball, soccer and volleyball teams, as well as coaching a competitive gymnastics team.

Her active approach focuses on correcting and optimizing movement, while her motivation to help her patients progress and her boundless energy set her apart. Thanks to her skills and determination, she is able to coach both amateur and elite athletes.
