A graduate of the University of Montreal with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition (2026), a master’s degree in kinesiology (2022), and an additional bachelor’s degree in physical education (2019), Philippe currently works as a dietitian-nutritionist and strength and conditioning coach with elite athletes. Thanks to this diverse background, he’s skilled at explaining things simply without overwhelming you with jargon.

Working at Hexa Physio as a dietitian-nutritionist, Philippe promises solutions tailored to your needs without requiring you to completely change your habits. Whether it’s nutrition and athletic performance, lifestyle habits, or managing health conditions, he finds ways to make simple, sustainable changes over time without overcomplicating your life.

He developed a passion for optimizing athletic performance while working with professional boxers and Olympic athletes. His interests include nutrition, recovery, sleep, stress management, and many other areas.
