Why Make a Private Training Appointment?

Our clinic has a training room used by our kinesiologists to offer private training sessions. Whether it is to supervise your training in a rehabilitation context, to get back in shape or to reach your sports goals, our team of kinesiologists is here to help you reach your goals!

 

Evaluation

 

To have access to private training, we must first meet with you and evaluate your physical condition and your goals!

  • We ask you questions about your goals, history and lifestyle habits
  • We proceed with an evaluation of your physical condition
  • We structure a personalized intervention plan based on your goals
  • We establish a plan together to determine the frequency and duration of training

Session Structure

Private training sessions last 30, 45 or 60 minutes and are all supervised by a kinesiologist. The kinesiologist will demonstrate each of the exercises, correct your posture while performing them and adjust the sessions according to your current state. It is normal to be more tired, more in pain some days or, on the contrary, in great shape and without pain; your kinesiologist will know how to modify the session to maximize the benefits!
