A physical therapist and athlete himself, Alexandre specializes in rehabilitation and movement optimization. His practice is grounded in current evidence-based research to provide personalized and effective treatments tailored to each patient’s needs. He combines manual therapy and subcutaneous needle therapy to help reduce pain and promote recovery.
Having worked with athletes on the national alpine skiing team, he has expertise in the gradual return to performance and in adapting treatments to the demands of high-level sports. His approach emphasizes targeted and progressive exercises to restore mobility, strength, and motor control, enabling a sustainable return to optimal performance in sports, work, and daily activities.
