A former alpine ski coach for nearly nine years in Bromont, Olympia, and Tremblant, he possesses a deep understanding of the physical and technical demands of competitive skiing.
Passionate about human movement and sports science, Alexandre adopts an integrated approach combining sports physical therapy, physical training, education, prevention, and the development of athletic abilities. He places great importance on the quality of movement, body awareness, and his patients’ autonomy in their rehabilitation and performance processes.
Having practiced rock climbing for several years, he has also developed a keen interest in the sport. He actively pursues further training and research to better understand the specific demands of rock climbing and to apply the principles of high performance and sports science to it.
