A soon-to-be graduate of UQAM with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology (2026) and a bachelor’s degree in social work (2019), Ariane is particularly interested in the links between the body and mind, as well as the science of movement. A former figure skater, she developed her creativity, discipline, and a lasting passion for physical activity. Today, endurance sports play an important role in her daily life: running, cycling, and hiking are all opportunities for her to get moving and enjoy the outdoors.
During her university studies, Ariane also contributed to a research team as an assistant, focusing on physiological measures of stress in education students. Although she particularly enjoys endurance training, she is also a big fan of functional training. Her goal is to encourage people to stick with physical activity through an accessible, motivating, and personalized approach. Curious and committed, she enjoys sharing her knowledge, sometimes even slipping in a few fun facts during training sessions.
