I’ve been a physiotherapy technologist for nearly 20 years, working with CNESST and SAAQ clients. Over the years, I have acquired expertise in helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life. My career path has enabled me to develop an in-depth understanding of various pathologies and therapeutic techniques, whether for post-surgical rehabilitation, work-related injuries, road traffic accidents or chronic pain.
Passionate about wellness and training, I’ve always been interested in the importance of movement in overall health. My commitment to physical activity is not limited to my professional practice: I’m also an avid mountain biker and figure skater, disciplines that bring me balance and pleasure.
My approach is based on active listening, prevention education and the gradual integration of physical activities, whether for rehabilitation or for maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
