A 2024 graduate of the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Noémie helps her patients achieve a better life balance by focusing on meaningful and realistic personal goals. Noémie places great importance on listening, collaboration, and tailoring interventions to each person’s unique needs. Whether in the context of physical or mental health, she supports her patients in developing concrete strategies to better function on a daily basis, regain a sense of control, and improve their quality of life.

To cultivate her own physical and mental well-being, Noémie enjoys running and yoga. She also finds pleasure in cooking.
