Dr. Ophélie Arlet is a general practitioner with additional training in emergency medicine. After more than 10 years of practice in emergency departments in Quebec and Toronto, she developed an interest in musculoskeletal medicine and sports medicine. For over a year now, Dr. Arlet has devoted a significant portion of her practice to this field. She is CPOCUS-certified in ultrasound-guided injections and has completed the MSK-1 and MSK-2 courses in musculoskeletal ultrasound. She offers a rigorous, compassionate approach focused on a safe return to activities.

Passionate about outdoor sports, she specializes in injuries related to all types of sports. She has also provided medical coverage for sporting events, including the Quebec Games and the Alpine Skiing World Cup in 2025 and 2026.
